Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) development, customization, and configuration.
- Strong programming skills in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 components, including Entities, Forms, Views, Dashboards, Workflows, and Business Process Flows.
- Hands-on experience developing Dynamics 365 Plugins, Custom Components, CRM Workflows, and Integrations.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Web Services, Dataverse Web API, Middleware, and Data Synchronization.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Integration Services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, App Services, and Entra ID.
- Knowledge of SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views, and Relational Database Management.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, ALM, Solution Deployment, and Release Management.
- Strong understanding of CRM Security, Role-Based Access Control, Troubleshooting, Debugging, and Production Support.
- Experience gathering business requirements, preparing technical designs, and delivering CRM solutions throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
