Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – Application Modernization
Location: St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador (Hybrid – Onsite Required)
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience to support a major application modernization initiative for the Apprenticeship Certification Management System (ACMS).
🔹 Lead business requirements gathering, validation workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process analysis.
🔹 Develop business process models, workflows, use cases, user stories, and fit-gap analysis.
🔹 Support data migration, data cleansing, data mapping, conversion rules, and validation.
🔹 Drive functional testing, test case development, test execution, defect identification, and resolution.
🔹 Support system integration, reporting requirements, change management, and user training.
🔹 Experience with large-scale modernization projects is essential; apprenticeship program knowledge, Azure DevOps, and wireframing tools are strong assets.
Candidates must be willing to work in a hybrid onsite arrangement in St. John’s; remote-only applicants will not be considered.
