Hiring: Senior E-Learning Developer (Articulate 360 / Adobe Captivate)
We are looking for an experienced Senior E-Learning Developer / Training Specialist
- Strong hands-on experience developing interactive e-learning courses using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise).
- Expertise in Adobe Captivate Classic and converting legacy e-learning content into modern learning solutions.
- Experience designing and developing interactive courses, simulations, assessments, and digital learning activities.
- Strong knowledge of Instructional Design, Adult Learning Principles, and Learning Content Development.
- Experience with AODA accessibility standards, accessible content design, and e-learning quality validation.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), LearnON deployment, and e-learning publishing standards.
- Ability to analyze existing training content, identify gaps, and improve learner engagement and effectiveness.
- Experience collaborating with SMEs, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and develop training materials.
- Strong communication, presentation, documentation, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities
Develop interactive e-learning courses, simulations, assessments, and digital learning activities using Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate Classic, including modernizing legacy content. Analyze existing training, identify gaps, improve learner engagement and effectiveness, and collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and technical teams to develop training materials.
Requirements
Requires strong hands-on experience with Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise, and expertise in Adobe Captivate Classic and legacy content conversion. Candidates should have knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, AODA accessibility, LMS and LearnON deployment, publishing standards, and strong communication, documentation, presentation, and project coordination skills.
