Original job description
We are seeking a Senior ESRI/GIS Developer to support the migration of an existing GeoCortex mapping application to VertiGIS Studio and enhance web-based GIS tools.
- Hands-on experience with VertiGIS Studio Web SDK, GeoCortex Viewer for HTML5 SDK, or ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript.
- Strong experience customizing GIS viewers and developing web mapping features using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML and CSS.
- Proficiency with VertiGIS Studio Web/Workflow, Geocortex Essentials, ESRI Experience Builder or Web AppBuilder.
- Experience integrating ArcGIS REST API, ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Portal, including GIS services and application deployment.
- Knowledge of accessible web application development in compliance with AODA and WCAG 2.0 Level AA.
- Experience with GIS workflow integration, responsive UI development, troubleshooting and stakeholder collaboration.
- Public-sector experience is an asset.
