We are looking for a Senior ETL Developer to support a major digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing legacy court systems.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in ETL development, data conversion, and data migration projects.
- Strong expertise in data migration planning, data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and loading from legacy systems to modernized solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Informatica, or similar ETL tools.
- Extensive experience with Oracle, MS SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, and complex SQL/PL-SQL queries.
- Proven experience in document and file attachment migration, including Azure Blob Storage, Azure File Share, SharePoint, or Oracle BLOBs.
- Strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation, data integrity, data dictionaries, and ETL documentation.
- Experience with enterprise application migration, cutover support, post-migration audits, and troubleshooting complex data issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate migration activities across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute data migration from legacy court systems to modernized solutions, including profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, loading, and migration of documents and file attachments. Support cutovers, post-migration audits, reconciliation, and troubleshooting while coordinating migration activities with technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements
Requires 7+ years of experience in ETL development, data conversion, and data migration, with hands-on expertise in Azure Data Factory, Informatica, or similar tools. Candidates should have strong database and SQL skills, experience migrating documents and attachments, and knowledge of data validation, integrity, documentation, cutover support, and stakeholder coordination.
