Hiring: Senior Full Stack Developer – FHIR & Healthcare Integration
Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid/Onsite as required)
🔹 Strong hands-on experience with FHIR Subscription, SubscriptionTopic, event-driven architecture, and clinical data integration.
🔹 Expertise in Java, Node.js, REST APIs, AWS Lambda, and asynchronous queue-based event processing.
🔹 Experience with React and SMART on FHIR, including launch flows, authorization, scopes, and FHIR API integration.
🔹 Hands-on expertise in NextGen Connect (Mirth), HL7 v2, message transformation, routing, validation, and acknowledgements.
🔹 Knowledge of Ontario digital health services, including Hospital Report Manager (HRM), Provider Registry, Client Registry, and eReferral.
🔹 Experience with event notifications, subscription lifecycle management, retries, idempotency, error handling, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
🔹 Public sector experience is mandatory, with strong testing, integration, and secure healthcare application development skills.
