Senior Solutions Designer – Oracle Siebel CRM / Adobe AEM

📍 Location: Toronto, ON (100% Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Designer to design and deliver enterprise solutions aligned with business requirements and technical standards.

🔹 7+ years of experience designing solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM technologies.

🔹 Strong expertise in developing business design documents, functional and non-functional requirements, and functional design documents.

🔹 Experience developing high-level application flows, detailed process flows, use cases, and business rules.

🔹 Hands-on experience with UI/UX design, wireframes, screen mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD.

🔹 Strong understanding of WCAG/AODA accessibility, user research, usability testing, user personas, and customer journey mapping.

🔹 Experience creating and maintaining business architecture artefacts, application screen flows, and CRUD matrices.

🔹 Proficiency in test strategies, UAT planning, test cases, change management, and Rational Unified Process (RUP).

🔹 Excellent analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Nice to Have: Oracle Policy Automation (OPA)/Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) and Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Model experience.
