We are seeking a Senior Systems Testing / QA Specialist to support correctional systems modernization and application enhancement initiatives.

🔹 Strong experience in QA strategy, test planning, test case design, test scripts, and test data preparation.

  • Experience with or the ability to learn and understanding SOLGEN Corrections applications and integrations, including Offender Tracking Information System (OTIS), Youth Offender Tracking Information System (YOTIS).
  • Experience in Azure DevOPS, .NET technologies (ASP.NET, ADO.NET, .NET framework), C#, Entity Framework, ReactJS, HTMLS/CS/JavaScript, SQL Database.

🔹 Hands-on expertise in functional, integration, system, regression, end-to-end, and accessibility testing.

🔹 Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts, regression test suites, and reusable testing frameworks.

🔹 Strong technical background in Azure DevOps, C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, and Entity Framework.

🔹 Proficiency in ReactJS, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL databases.

🔹 Experience in application debugging, root cause analysis, defect resolution, break/fix support, and code enhancements.

🔹 Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, deployment support, and release validation.

🔹 Ability to work with correctional applications and integrations, including OTIS and YOTIS, or learn these systems quickly.

🔹 Strong stakeholder collaboration, technical documentation, troubleshooting, and quality improvement skills.
