Hiring: Senior UX Designer – Service Design | Toronto, ON
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to support the expansion of the Business Experience Platform (BXP) for the Public Sector Client.
🔹 Lead user-centred and service design for complex transactional digital services.
🔹 Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and design validation.
🔹 Develop user journeys, service blueprints, personas, and information architecture.
🔹 Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction designs, and detailed design specifications.
🔹 Design intuitive experiences for dashboards, forms, workflows, notifications, and service discovery.
🔹 Ensure compliance with AODA and WCAG accessibility standards.
🔹 Apply enterprise design systems, reusable components, and consistent interaction patterns.
