- Seeking a Senior Training Specialist with 10+ years of adult training experience and at least 5 years of hands-on Audio-Visual (AV) and Video Conferencing technology experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of video conferencing hardware and software, including cameras, displays, microphones, audio amplification, AV input/output connectors, and touch panel controllers.
- Proven experience in training needs assessment, instructional design, training program development, delivery, and evaluation for diverse technology users.
- Expertise in creating interactive e-learning modules using Adobe Captivate, along with training manuals, user guides, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Ability to deliver scenario-based, practical training through real-world use cases, both onsite and virtually, for individuals and groups.
- Strong skills in business analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test case development, and reviewing control system graphical user interfaces (GUI) against business requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and ensure compliance with AODA accessibility requirements.
- Work Arrangement: 5 days onsite

Responsibilities
Assess training needs and design, develop, deliver, and evaluate practical, scenario-based training for diverse technology users, both onsite and virtually. Create interactive e-learning and supporting documentation, and contribute to business analysis, UAT, test case development, and reviews of control system interfaces against business requirements.
