Role Description The Siding Installer is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB. This role involves measuring, cutting, and installing various types of exterior siding materials according to project specifications and safety standards. Daily tasks include preparing work areas, installing house wrap and moisture barriers, fitting trim, soffit, and fascia, and completing detailed finishing work.

Qualifications

• Experience with exterior siding installation, including fiber cement, wood, metal, ACM and related materials.
• Knowledge of building envelopes, moisture protection, and installation of house wrap, trim, soffit, and fascia.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, take accurate measurements, and follow project specifications.
• Competence using hand and power tools safely, including saws, drills, nailers, and measuring tools.
• Strong awareness of construction site safety practices and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality, aligned with company core values.
• Previous experience in siding, roofing, or exterior construction is preferred; apprenticeship or trade certification is an asset.
• Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Calgary, AB is required
