Senior Solutions Engineer / Architect

Thri5 is an AI execution platform for retail operations. We help grocers and retailers turn plans into action in stores, using AI agents and workflows that frontline and head-office teams use every day. Since our seed round, we've been scaling with customers. After a successful pilot, our platform is now live across Wild Fork's network in the US and Canada, and we're working with major grocers in North America and the UK. We're hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer / Architect in Toronto to be the technical partner for our retail customers. You'll run the work from the first conversation with a CIO through to a live deployment. What you'll do • Lead technical discovery with retail executives and IT teams, and turn their operational problems into solution designs • Run demos and proofs of concept that win the technical evaluation • Design integrations with customer systems: data, workforce, task management, and store operations platforms • Own deployments end to end, working closely with our engineering team • Shape the product by bringing what you hear from customers back to the team What we're looking for • Experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or pre-sales, ideally in retail or enterprise SaaS • Comfort in front of senior stakeholders and hands-on with APIs, data, and cloud architecture • A track record of delivering complex implementations at scale • Retail experience is a big plus, whether from a retailer, a retail-tech vendor, or a consulting firm's retail practice • A desire to own outcomes, not just recommendations Why Thri5 We're a small, senior team with high autonomy and real customers in production.
