Welcome to Tides Consulting Ltd, your trusted partner in Structural, Civil Engineering, and Geotechnical Excellence in Burnaby, BC. Our growing team has an immediate opening for a Junior/Intermediate Structural Engineer. Our projects include residential, commercial and industrial projects.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior/Intermediate Structural Engineer at TIDES Consulting Ltd in Burnaby, BC.
Required Qualifications
- Registered P.Eng or EIT with EGBC or similar organization.
- 2-6 years of local experience.
- Experienced with local construction practices as they relate to concrete, steel and timber construction.
Skills Required
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is preferred.
- Experience with structural analysis software such as SAP2000, Etabs, SAFE.
- Able to communicate with client, contractors and team members in an effective manner.
- Highly motivated, organized and have good planning skills.
- Ability to multi task, skilled in time management, and meet tight deadlines.
- Able to carry out site inspections as required.
Salary: Depends on experience
