We are looking for a Sr. Analytics Consultant where you will bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and technical execution. In this hands-on consulting role, you will lead project discovery, drive stakeholder engagement, and design the core metric structures that power strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder interaction to understand business requirements
- Translate business objectives into clear, actionable analytical roadmaps
- Establish definitions, calculation logic, and governance for key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
- Conduct data suitability and quality assessments to ensure foundational data supports key metrics
- Perform hands-on data exploration, feature analysis, and data profiling using SQL and Python
- Partner with Power BI developers to design intuitive wireframes, semantic models, and dashboards aligned with business workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field
- 5+ years in data consulting, business intelligence, or analytical roles
- Life Insurance domain experience is highly preferred
- Advanced querying, joining, aggregations, window functions, and performance profiling
- Proficiency in data manipulation and exploration libraries (pandas, numpy etc)
- Proven experience designing metric layouts and guiding Power BI dashboard development

Assess data suitability and quality, perform hands-on analysis with SQL and Python, and partner with Power BI developers on wireframes, semantic models, and dashboards.
Requirements
Requires a bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field and at least five years of experience in data consulting, business intelligence, or analytics. Candidates should have advanced SQL skills, proficiency with Python data libraries such as pandas and NumPy, and experience designing metrics and guiding Power BI dashboard development; life insurance experience is highly preferred.
