Our consultants bring deep expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning and AI. Our business value and leadership has been recognized by various market research firms, including Forrester and Gartner.

We are looking for a Sr. Analytics Consultant where you will bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and technical execution. Translate business objectives into clear, actionable analytical roadmaps
Establish definitions, calculation logic, and governance for key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
Conduct data suitability and quality assessments to ensure foundational data supports key metrics
Perform hands-on data exploration, feature analysis, and data profiling using SQL and Python
Partner with Power BI developers to design intuitive wireframes, semantic models, and dashboards aligned with business workflows

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field
5+ years in data consulting, business intelligence, or analytical roles
Life Insurance domain experience is highly preferred
Advanced querying, joining, aggregations, window functions, and performance profiling
Proficiency in data manipulation and exploration libraries (pandas, numpy etc)
Proven experience designing metric layouts and guiding Power BI dashboard development

Benefits

Significant career development opportunities exist as the company grows. The position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a small, fast-growing, challenging and entrepreneurial environment, with a high degree of individual responsibility.

Tiger Analytics provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, pregnancy, national origin, ancestry, marital status, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other basis as protected by federal, state, or local law.
