About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our commercial team in the Canada, to help build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure, and intuitive for our users and partners alike.

Responsibilities:
- Map the fashion category and subcategories landscape, and define priority on which segment to be developed in collaboration with partners
- Define a go-to market strategy for a category/sub-category and build clear roadmap to manage long-tail partners
- Plan, execute and maintain category performance
- Partners acquisition and onboarding: identify potential partners, build onboarding solutions (including business model suggestions, creator affiliation, partners education) and set up their mid and long term account plan and help them grow their business sustainably on the platform
- Work cross functionally with internal teams and external service vendors to help partners with content on platform
- Come up with initiatives to continuously improve competitiveness advantage

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidates who have 5+ years of in e-commerce business
- Track record of delivering & exceeding sales, GMV, or other commercial goals
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A good team player, a fast learner, and open to changes.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Mixed experience in both platform side and brand/merchant side is highly preferred
- Familiar with content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred;
- Strong connections with brands and distributors are preferred.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is CAD$ 97200- CAD$ 140400
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, restricted stock units and benefits.
Employees have day one access to extended health, dental, a group registered retirement savings plan (RRSP) with company match issued through a deferred profit sharing plan (DPSP), paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.
