We’re Hiring: Assistant Restaurant Manager - Tim Hortons | Edmonton, AB (South East)
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can support daily operations, coach our team, and deliver excellent guest service.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in running daily operations.
- Lead shifts, position team members, and keep service running smoothly.
- Train and coach team members and Supervisors, providing clear direction and feedback.
- Maintain food quality, food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
- Monitor labour, stock levels, and waste throughout the shift.
- Follow through on training, cleaning, and operational priorities.
- Address guest concerns and hold the team accountable to expectations.
What you bring:
- Restaurant leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in quick service.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- The confidence to lead by example and address issues promptly.
- A commitment to developing people and maintaining high standards.
