We’re Hiring: Restaurant Manager - Tim Hortons | Edmonton, AB (South East)
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can run a strong restaurant while building a capable, confident team.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations and deliver excellent guest service.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and supervisors.
- Plan schedules and manage labour, inventory, and food costs.
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
- Set clear weekly priorities, follow up on results, and hold our team accountable.
- Build a team that can operate confidently and consistently.
