Essential Responsibilities

Manage & Grow Accounts – Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
Drive Sales & Revenue Growth – Meet and exceed sales targets by offering customized solutions that fit client needs.
Industry Expertise & Consultative Selling – Understand customer challenges and present Timken’s high-performance bearings, power transmission products, and motion control solutions as the best fit.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams – Work closely with engineering, customer support, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
Market & Competitor Analysis – Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to position Timken as a trusted solutions provider.
Regular Customer Visits & Networking – Travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and strengthen partnerships.

Qualifications/Skills:

3-7 years of experience in sales, account management, or industrial product sales (bearings or mechanical components preferred).
Sales experience within oil and gas industry preferred.
Strong understanding of manufacturing, distribution, or engineering-driven industries.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies for business growth.
Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, SAP, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Willingness to travel (75%+) to visit clients and industry events.
