Day Service Co-Worker Full-time
Job Description
Provide support and care to adults with learning disabilities and autism to participate in meaningful work and develop skills within a group/workshop setting.
The aim is for Co-Workers to provide support based across all groups but to based primarily in one key group. Current jobs roles are based within the Transitions Group. If support is needed in other groups, you may be changed workshop at short notice. The support may be provided on a one-to-one basis if that is what the member needs supporting to a small, shared group of members (maximum of 3). It is important that staff are capable of providing both types of support.

Requirements
The role requires the ability to provide both one-to-one and small group support to members. Candidates must be flexible and capable of adapting to different workshop groups at short notice.
