Responsibilities

Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans, assess and analyze client behavior, and monitor progress. Train parents and educational or therapeutic teams, provide individual and occasional systems-level support, and document, measure, and evaluate the intervention process.

Requirements

A relevant bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or behavioral sciences and a certified behavior analyst credential are required. Experience working with children or special-needs populations is an advantage, along with the ability to work independently and take a systemic therapeutic perspective.
