WE ARE TITAN TRAILERS INC. Are you a recent graduate or current co-op student looking to launch your career in manufacturing, engineering, or CNC programming? At Titan Trailers, you’ll have the opportunity to apply what you’ve learned in school while gaining hands-on experience with industry-leading equipment and technology.
As a locally owned company, we are committed to investing in the future of our employees. We offer mentorship, training, and career development opportunities that will help you build valuable skills and grow professionally. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about producing some of the highest-quality trailers in North America.
We offer regular hours, a shortened Friday, weekly pay, and a supportive team environment. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a Titan trailer on the road and knowing you played a role in building it.
If you’re eager to learn, motivated to develop your technical skills, and excited to contribute to a growing Canadian manufacturer, we’d love to hear from you.
This position is well suited for:
Recent graduates of a Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, CNC Programming, Tool & Die, Machining, or related program. Current co-op students seeking practical industry experience. Individuals with coursework or hands-on experience in CAD/CAM software, CNC programming, machining, or manufacturing processes. Self-motivated learners who enjoy problem-solving and working in a team environment.
Updated Requirements Post-secondary diploma, degree, certification, or current enrollment in a related technical program. Experience with Mastercam through school, co-op placements, internships, or previous employment. Familiarity with CNC machining principles and manufacturing environments. Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, or similar CAD software is considered an asset. Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn new technologies and processes.
What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience with advanced CNC equipment and manufacturing processes. Mentorship from experienced programmers, machinists, and engineers. Exposure to real-world production planning, process improvement, and problem-solving. Opportunities for advancement and long-term career growth. Experience contributing to the production of premium trailers recognized across North America.
This approach helps position the role as an entry-level career opportunity rather than a position requiring significant prior experience, making it much more attractive to co-op students and recent graduates.
