Communicate and implement TJX Canada programs, procedures, and policies to minimize risk and expenses. Review store reports, conduct walkthroughs, audits, and hold program meetings with Associates. Develop and communicate action plans for store initiatives, identifying projects, targets, and priorities.
Suggest recommendations to the District Manager and Business Development teams on merchandise mix, inventory levels, and customer demographics. Provide insights on competition analysis, including pricing, presentation, and customer service.

About You:

Minimum of 5 years of retail leadership in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
