Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Pulmonary Function & Sleep ServicesTLC Lung Diagnostics is looking for a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team and provide high-quality patient care across our Pulmonary Function and Sleep Services.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RRT who enjoys a combination of diagnostic testing, patient education, and respiratory care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pulmonary function testing, including spirometry, bronchodilator testing, DLCO and other diagnostic testing
- Perform and support Home Sleep Apnea Testing (HSAT), including patient education, monitor setup, downloading and reviewing data for scoring
- Provide CPAP therapy setup, education, mask fitting and patient support
- Educate patients on respiratory and sleep-related conditions and treatment
- Ensure testing is performed according to established clinical, quality and safety standards
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and communicate relevant findings to physicians
- Participate in quality assurance and clinic improvement activities
Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in good standing
- Experience in Pulmonary Function Testing required
- Experience with HSAT and/or CPAP therapy required
- Strong patient education and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to quality patient care and professional standards
