About TLN Media Group

Since 1984, TLN Media Group has been at the heart of Canada’s multicultural media landscape, connecting millions of Canadians through diverse, culturally rich content. From our flagship channel, TLN TV, to our leading Spanish and Italian language services, Univision Canada, Mediaset Italia, and TGCOM24, we’ve built a legacy of storytelling that transcends language and borders. Our unique channels, including Telebimbi, Teleniños, and EuroWorld Sport TV, bring communities together through entertainment, culture, and shared experiences.

As an independent, immigrant-owned organization, we take pride in our role as a multicultural advocacy leader. We’re not just telling stories; we’re building bridges between cultures and generations, celebrating diversity through our content and events like the iconic TD Salsa in Toronto/Salsa on St. Clair festival – Canada’s largest Latin-themed festival and street party that brings the vibrant spirit of Latin culture to life in the heart of Toronto.

Why Join Us? At TLN Media Group, you’ll be more than just a Sales Executive – you’ll be a cultural ambassador. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a passionate team dedicated to delivering impactful media solutions to our diverse client base. If you’re looking for a role where your creativity, dedication, and love for multiculturalism can thrive, this is the place for you.

What You’ll Do

Drive sales by promoting and selling TV advertising on TLN TV, Mediaset Italia, Univision Canada, and more.
Build lasting relationships with clients, helping them craft strategic campaigns that reach and resonate with multicultural audiences.
Deliver compelling presentations that showcase how our media products can help clients achieve their goals.
Be a trusted consultant and idea-generator for clients, providing them with insights and strategies that set them up for success.
Develop and execute sponsorship strategies for our iconic events, ensuring all deliverables are met with excellence.

Who You Are

A sales professional with experience in a business-to-business environment, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Passionate about multicultural media and ideally fluent in Spanish and/or Italian in addition to English and /or French.
A networker at heart, keen to grow your already existing admiring circle of business and other contacts.
A creative thinker who loves to learn and embraces new ideas.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools, with a reliable form of transportation to meet clients across the GTA.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

Be part of a dynamic, diverse, and supportive team that values your ideas and contributions.
Work in a role that allows you to make a real impact in the multicultural community.
Enjoy opportunities for growth and professional development in Canada’s most influential multicultural media company.

Assessment: TLN does not use AI or automated screening tools in our review process. Each application is carefully reviewed and assessed by our team to ensure a thorough and fair evaluation of every candidate.

Vacancy Status: This opportunity is for an existing role within our current team structure.

Ready to Make a Difference? If you’re excited about the opportunity to contribute to Canada’s multicultural media landscape, we’d love to hear from you! We thank all applicants for their interest, only selected candidates will be connected.
