About the Role

We're looking for talented Data Engineers to contribute to the development of core infrastructure components across Sybase, DB2, and MSSQL database platforms, as well as newer platforms such as MongoDB, Snowflake, and Azure SQL. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, with strong experience in RDBMS technologies, including enterprise-scale, real-time, highly accessed transactional databases and replication systems. You'll work in a fast-paced Agile environment, contributing to technical and business discussions where strong communication and the ability to both share and listen to ideas are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to development of core infrastructure across Sybase, DB2, MSSQL, MongoDB, Snowflake, and Azure SQL
Perform performance optimization, testing, and database engineering
Support platform migration, version upgrades, and cloud distribution
Participate in technical and business discussions, sharing insights and perspectives
Operate in a fast-paced Agile environment, balancing time-to-market with quality and resiliency

Required Skills

3+ years of relevant experience
Intermediate knowledge of development and performance optimization on major RDBMS and NoSQL (MongoDB) technologies
Scripting knowledge (Python)
