We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect to support a major ERP and business transformation within a global organization, focusing on Finance, Manufacturing, and Procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define future-state enterprise architecture and ERP transformation strategy.
  • Align technology decisions with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with ERP teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
  • Develop enterprise roadmaps and improve business processes.
  • Present strategic recommendations to the CIO and executive leadership.
  • Ensure alignment across applications, data, and operating models.

Requirements:

  • 12–15+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, ERP Transformation, or Technology Consulting.
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain processes.
  • Experience with Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms.
  • Experience with large-scale ERP transformation programs.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bilingual French/English required.

Nice to have: Oracle Cloud ERP experience.

Nous recherchons un(e) Architecte d'entreprise senior pour accompagner un important programme de transformation ERP au sein d'une organisation internationale, notamment sur les volets Finance, Manufacturier et Approvisionnement.

Responsabilités :

  • Définir l'architecture cible et la stratégie de transformation ERP.
  • Aligner les décisions technologiques avec les objectifs d'affaires.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes ERP, les architectes et les responsables métiers.
  • Élaborer des feuilles de route et optimiser les processus d'affaires.
  • Présenter les recommandations stratégiques au CIO et à la haute direction.
  • Assurer la cohérence entre les applications, les données et les processus opérationnels.

Profil recherché :

  • 12 à 15 ans d'expérience ou plus en architecture d'entreprise, transformation ERP ou conseil technologique.
  • Solide connaissance des processus Finance, Manufacturier et Supply Chain.
  • Expérience avec Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics ou ERP équivalent.
  • Expérience en transformation ERP à grande échelle.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication avec la haute direction.
  • Bilinguisme français/anglais obligatoire.

Atout : Expérience avec Oracle Cloud ERP.
