Résumé

Sous la responsabilité du Chef, fiabilité et maintenance (ou équivalent), l'Expert(e) Administrateur(trice) Maximo agit comme référence technique pour la plateforme de GMAO (Maximo) au sein du centre de fabrication de vaccins de Laval.

La personne titulaire assure l'administration, la configuration et l'optimisation de Maximo, encadre la gestion des bons de travail, et soutient les équipes de maintenance et de production dans la gestion des stocks, la conformité des salles et la préparation des lots de salles avant intervention. Le poste exige une compréhension fine de l'interaction entre Maximo et SAP, ce dernier étant généralement le système source de référence (matériel, stocks, approvisionnement) pour ce type de plateforme.

Vos challenges ?

Administrer et configurer la plateforme Maximo (utilisateurs, rôles, flux d'approbation, applications, rapports) pour répondre aux besoins des équipes de maintenance et de production ;
Gérer le cycle complet des bons de travail : création, priorisation, planification, suivi d'exécution et clôture, en assurant la qualité et la traçabilité des données saisies ;
Assurer l'intégrité des interfaces et des flux de données entre Maximo et SAP (matériel, articles, mouvements de stock, achats), et agir comme point de contact pour la résolution des écarts ;
Superviser la gestion des stocks (matières premières, pièces de rechange, consommables critiques) : niveaux de réapprovisionnement, exactitude des inventaires, cycles de comptage ;
Coordonner la conformité des salles blanches et des zones classées (statut de qualification, échéances de requalification, documentation associée) en lien avec les équipes qualité
Concevoir et préparer les lots de salles (« room batch ») avant intervention : vérification des prérequis, séquencement des activités, documentation de conformité GMP avant l'entrée des équipes en zone de production ;
Produire les indicateurs de performance (KPI) liés à la maintenance, aux stocks et à la disponibilité des équipements, et proposer des améliorations continues ;
Former et soutenir les utilisateurs de Maximo (techniciens de maintenance, planificateurs, personnel de production) et documenter les procédures d'utilisation ;
Veiller au respect des normes GMP, des bonnes pratiques documentaires et des exigences réglementaires applicables à un site de fabrication pharmaceutique.

Qu’attendons-nous de vous ?

Expérience confirmée comme administrateur(trice) Maximo, incluant la configuration de l'outil et la gestion des bons de travail ;
Minimum 4 ans d'expérience à titre d'administrateur(trice) des stocks / de l'inventaire au sein d'une entreprise internationale disposant de standards et de procédures bien définis ;
Expertise démontrée de SAP (idéalement les modules MM / PM), incluant la compréhension de son rôle comme système source pour les données de maintenance et de stock ;
Expérience pertinente dans l'industrie pharmaceutique ou dans un environnement réglementé similaire (GMP, salles blanches, validation) ;
Connaissance des principes de gestion des stocks (cycles de comptage, seuils de réapprovisionnement, exactitude d'inventaire) ;
Connaissance des exigences de conformité des salles classées et de la préparation documentaire avant intervention en zone GMP ;
Diplôme en génie, en gestion des opérations, en logistique ou domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente jugée pertinente ;
Bilinguisme français / anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit (environnement de travail international) ;
Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et capacité à travailler dans un environnement réglementé exigeant.

Est considéré comme un atout :

Certification IBM Maximo (Administration ou Asset Management) ;
Expérience préalable dans un environnement de fabrication de produits biologiques ou de vaccins ;
Connaissance des outils de reporting associés (BIRT, Power BI) et des interfaces Maximo–SAP.

The Expert Maximo Administrator serves as the technical reference for the CMMS platform, managing configuration, user roles, and the full work order lifecycle. They ensure data integrity between Maximo and SAP while overseeing stock management and clean room compliance for vaccine production.
