Support renewals, extensions, and negotiations in partnership with sourcing and procurement, proactively managing lifecycle, pricing, and commercial risks ;

Financial Oversight and Cost Transparency : Understand product financials, including pricing models, total cost of ownership, chargeback/showback, and cost allocation ;

Validate volumes and costs, support financial planning and modeling, and respond to business unit cost inquiries ;

Stakeholder and User Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact for product stakeholders and users ;

Gather and evaluate feedback, communicate roadmap and product changes, and ensure stakeholder input informs prioritization and investment decisions.
