Must Have(s)

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience combined with strong business acumen).
Leadership Experience: 12–15+ years of progressive executive or senior technology leadership experience within a global organization or complex financial institution.
Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of global financial markets, enterprise technology architecture, and exchange listing operational frameworks (including TSX/TSXV and international listings standards).
Platform Mastery: Advanced, proven experience leveraging Salesforce at an enterprise scale to drive organizational design, systems evolution, and operational efficiency.
