Job Description

Toast is recruiting on behalf of one of the world's largest professional services firms, with thousands of people across Canada advising organizations on audit, tax, and advisory work. Their Data & AI practice is one of the fastest growing parts of the firm, driven by strong demand from clients across sectors who want to modernize their data platforms and put AI to work at scale. They are looking for a Director to lead the growth and delivery of Google Gemini Enterprise solutions, owning client engagements from AI strategy through to enterprise-wide implementation while working closely with Google Cloud to build and take joint offerings to market.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and CFOs, guiding their AI transformation agendas
• Lead AI strategy engagements, including maturity assessments, Gemini Enterprise roadmaps, and operating model and governance design
• Translate complex business challenges into clear AI-enabled opportunities and value cases
• Architect end-to-end Gemini Enterprise solutions covering data integration and grounding, agentic workflows, and security and compliance frameworks
• Provide technical oversight across data, AI/ML, and cloud engineering teams to keep delivery cohesive
• Advise on scalable deployment models and enterprise integration with ERP, CRM, and collaboration platforms
• Lead large-scale AI programs from pilot through enterprise rollout, owning quality, timelines, and value realization
• Build reusable assets and accelerators, such as use cases, reference architectures, and deployment playbooks, to scale delivery
• Build and manage strategic relationships with Google Cloud, aligning client needs with product roadmap evolution
• Co-develop joint solutions and go-to-market offerings with partners and contribute to capability development
• Support business development and complex pursuits, including solution shaping, proposals, and pricing models
• Present Gemini Enterprise solutions to executive audiences, turning technical concepts into clear business narratives
• Drive client-facing storytelling on agentic AI, productivity gains, and ROI
• Contribute to thought leadership and market positioning in AI transformation
  
  

Requirements

• 10+ years in consulting, technology, or AI/data leadership roles
• Proven track record delivering enterprise AI or cloud transformation programs
• Expertise in enterprise AI architecture and design
• Strong expertise in generative AI and LLMs, enterprise data architecture, and cloud platforms, with experience on GCP considered an asset
• Experience engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders
• Ability to shape, position, and close complex deals
• Demonstrated success contributing to business development and revenue growth
• Experience with the Google Cloud ecosystem and strategic alliances
• Exposure to AI agents, agentic workflows, and enterprise AI governance frameworks
• Track record building repeatable consulting offerings and intellectual property
