- Install roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings
- Repair or replace single-ply roofing systems
- Repair roofing systems
- Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools
- Estimate costs and materials
- Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms

Install and repair built-up, tiled, single-ply, and metal roofing systems using appropriate materials and tools. Estimate costs and materials, and erect scaffolding and other work platforms.
Requirements
No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, and prior experience is an asset. The role requires working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment involving heavy loads, repetitive tasks, and bending, crouching, and kneeling; dependability, reliability, and teamwork are valued.
