Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3-5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably within wood products or a heavy industrial environment.
Experience leading teams in a production setting.
Continuous manufacturing and continuous press experience is considered an asset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

We value diversity at Tolko and know that experience and knowledge comes in many forms. Even if you don't have all the qualifications above, please apply. We would love to hear your story and have you grow with us.

In this role you will:

Lead, coach, and develop frontline teams to achieve operational excellence.
Champion a strong safety culture through visible leadership and accountability.
Drive production performance, productivity, recovery, and quality results.
Collaborate across operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to solve challenges and improve processes.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and resources to meet production targets and budgets.
Identify operational, maintenance, and safety improvement opportunities.

You’ll take on an exciting new challenge with supportive team members.
You'll earn a competitive salary based on your skills and experience.  The expected base salary range for this position is $117,000 to $156,000 per year.
You'll earn an additional northern allowance on top of your base pay.
You’ll be eligible to participate in Tolko’s bonus program.
