Direct, evaluate, plan, and organize the barbershop's daily operations, including managing a budget of $500,001 to $1,500,000. Hire, train, and supervise 16–20 staff, address customer complaints, and perform the same duties as supervised workers.
Requirements
The role requires 2 years to less than 3 years of experience; no degree, certificate, or diploma is required. Candidates should be organized, reliable, client-focused, and effective communicators, and able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with extended periods of standing.
