What You'll Be Doing

As part of the Sierra Springs team, you'll:

• Provide quality men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services appropriate to your training and experience
• Consult with guests to understand their preferred styles
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service
• Build lasting relationships with guests
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Stay current with men's grooming trends, techniques, and products
• Work collaboratively with your teammates in a busy barbershop
• Continue developing your skills through ongoing training and experience

What We're Looking For

We welcome applications from licensed, experienced, and apprentice Barbers and Hairstylists who have:

• Journeyperson certification or registered apprenticeship in Barber or Hairstylist
• Barbering or hairstyling skills appropriate to their experience and training
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of current men's grooming styles and techniques
• The ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
