You'll help create the Tommy Gun's experience by:
- Providing quality men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services
- Taking the time to understand each guest's style and preferences
- Delivering friendly, attentive service
- Staying current with barbering techniques and grooming trends
- Keeping your workstation clean and organized
- Working with your teammates to maintain a welcoming, efficient shop
- Building guest relationships through consistent, quality work
We're interested in meeting Barbers and Hairstylists who bring:
- Alberta Journeyperson certification or registered apprenticeship in Barber or Hairstylist
- Professional barbering or hairstyling experience
- Strong men's cutting and grooming skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of current styles, techniques, and industry trends
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team

Responsibilities
Provide quality men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services while understanding and meeting each guest's preferences. Deliver attentive service, maintain a clean workstation, keep current with industry trends, and work with the team to create a welcoming and efficient shop.
Requirements
Applicants must have Alberta Journeyperson certification or be registered as an apprentice in barbering or hairstyling, along with professional experience and strong men's cutting and grooming skills. They should have excellent communication and customer service abilities, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, stay current with styles and techniques, and be flexible with shifts.
