Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Performing professional haircuts, styling, and grooming services
- Taking the time to understand each guest's preferences and expectations
- Providing friendly, attentive service throughout every appointment
- Keeping up with current styles, grooming techniques, and industry trends
- Helping guests discover retail products that suit their needs
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Provide professional haircuts, styling, and grooming services while understanding guests' preferences and delivering friendly, attentive service. Recommend suitable retail products, maintain a clean work area, collaborate with teammates, and participate in ongoing training.
Requirements
Applicants should have barbering or hairstyling training and certification, or be currently completing an apprenticeship, along with strong industry knowledge and awareness of current styles and techniques. They should demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, work confidently in a fast-paced environment, maintain a positive team-focused attitude, and be flexible with scheduled shifts.
