We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing person to join our team at Emerald Hills!

As a Guest Services + Retail Associate, you’ll be the first face our guests see and help make sure they have a great experience from the moment they walk through the door. If you enjoy working with people, keeping things organized, and being part of a fun, busy team, this could be a great fit.

Position: Guest Services Work Term: Part-time Location: Emerald Hills, Sherwood Park Wage: Starting at $16/hour Hours: 5–20 hours per week

Flexible availability is important, as shifts may include evenings, weekends and holidays.

What You’ll Bring

• A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine interest in helping people
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• The ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence answering phones, managing the waitlist, checking in guests and supporting the team
• An interest in retail, including product recommendations and keeping shelves organized
• Experience in a salon, barbershop, spa or retail environment is an asset, but not required
