What You'll Be Doing
As a Guest Services Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests and an important part of the shop's daily operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests and creating a welcoming first impression
- Managing the service queue and helping coordinate guest visits
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting with inquiries
- Helping guests choose hair care and grooming products
- Processing retail purchases and supporting daily sales
- Keeping retail displays stocked, organized, and presentable
- Supporting our barbers and stylists throughout the day
- Maintaining a clean and inviting reception area
We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude and enjoys helping others.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
- Good time-management skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability for weekday, evening, and weekend shifts
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Familiarity with merchandising and inventory is a bonus
- Experience in a barbershop, salon, or spa is an advantage, but not required
- Starting wage of $19/hour

Requirements
