Welcome guests and provide friendly customer service while supporting barbers and stylists. Answer emails and phone calls, manage service queues, and assist with retail products and inventory.
Requirements
Candidates should have strong customer service and communication skills, time-management abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, and evenings is required, as is having or being able to obtain ProServe; salon, barbershop, or spa experience and familiarity with merchandising and inventory are assets.
