Develop recipes, plan menus, and prepare and cook meals and specialty foods, including dishes for events and guests with food allergies or intolerances. Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff while ensuring food meets quality standards.

Requirements

Requires a secondary school graduation certificate and 3 to less than 5 years of experience. Japanese cuisine experience is relevant, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with attention to detail, flexibility, and reliability.
