AI Integration Manager

Role Description The AI Integration Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Montreal, QC, responsible for leading the planning, implementation, and optimization of AI and automation solutions across client projects. This role manages end-to-end AI integration, including assessing business requirements, selecting appropriate tools and models, and overseeing deployment into existing systems and workflows. The AI Integration Manager collaborates closely with developers, product owners, and clients to design use cases, define technical specifications, and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project timelines, performing technical evaluations and testing, maintaining documentation, and monitoring performance to identify opportunities for improvement. The role also involves staying informed about emerging AI technologies, advising stakeholders on best practices, and helping shape internal processes and standards for AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in AI and automation technologies, including experience integrating machine learning models, APIs, and automation platforms into web or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in technical project management, with skills in requirements gathering, roadmap planning, and coordinating cross-functional teams in a software development environment.
• Knowledge of software engineering concepts, system architecture, and data workflows to ensure robust, secure, and scalable AI implementations.
• Ability to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for AI-driven optimization, and translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, developers, and non-technical team members.
• Experience with testing, monitoring, and iterating on deployed AI solutions, including performance evaluation and risk mitigation.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a consulting, agency, or digital product environment is an asset, as well as familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Comfort working on-site in Montreal, QC, and collaborating in both English and French is considered an advantage.
