Our office is located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. We are looking for candidates based near Montreal to support our hybrid working model, which involves working in the office two days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays).

🤩 What you'll do

We are looking for a highly motivated and relationship-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) – U.S. Education Market to join our growing Revenue team in Montreal. This role will focus on generating pipeline and identifying new business opportunities within the U.S. K-12 Education sector. You will work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Education leadership to engage school districts, educators, administrators, and strategic partners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch or accelerate a career in SaaS, technology, or education sales in a creative and growing industry.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Prospect and generate new business opportunities within the U.S. K-12 Education market
Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
Build and manage pipeline activity within Salesforce (SFDC)
Research school districts, education programs, and target accounts
Collaborate closely with Marketing on campaigns and lead follow-up
Support webinar, event, and partner-driven pipeline generation initiatives
Maintain strong activity levels and pipeline discipline
Develop a strong understanding of Toon Boom’s products, value proposition, and Education market positioning

🎯 What you'll need

You have at least 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer-facing, or outbound prospecting roles, preferably in SaaS
You possess strong communication and relationship-building skills
You are highly motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented
You are comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new prospects
You have strong organizational and time management skills
You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
You have an interest in technology, SaaS, education, media, or creative industries
If you have experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn
Sales
Navigator, or similar tools, that would be a great asset!
