- Guide customers through the sales process with professionalism and care
- Conduct roof inspections and identify damage or improvement opportunities

- Build a referral network and attend marketing events to grow your pipeline
- Use CRM and mobile tools to manage quotes and client communication
- 2+ years in sales or customer service (construction or home improvement a plus)
- High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building skills
- The confidence to ask for the sale and follow through to close
- Comfort using ladders and inspecting exterior features
- A valid driver's license and clean record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Tech-savviness with CRM or mobile business apps
- Self-motivation, organization, and a desire to grow long-term with a team
- Office based in Chilliwack, BC
- Service area: Fraser Valley & surrounding regions

Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners and property owners to assess roofing and exterior needs, conduct inspections, and guide customers through the sales process. Close sales, follow up for referrals and reviews, build a referral network, attend marketing events, and manage quotes and client communications using CRM and mobile tools.
Requirements
Requires at least two years of sales or customer service experience; construction or home improvement experience is an advantage. Candidates should have strong relationship-building and closing skills, be comfortable using ladders and inspecting exteriors, hold a valid driver's license with a clean record, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be comfortable with CRM or mobile business apps.
