- Use CRM and mobile tools to manage quotes and client communication
- 2+ years in sales or customer service (construction or home improvement a plus)
- High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building skills
- The confidence to ask for the sale and follow through to close
- Comfort using ladders and inspecting exterior features
- A valid driver's license and clean record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Tech-savviness with CRM or mobile business apps
- Self-motivation, organization, and a desire to grow long-term with a team
- Office based in Chilliwack, BC
- Service area: Fraser Valley & surrounding regions

Responsibilities
Assess homeowners' and property owners' roofing and exterior needs through inspections, then guide them through the sales process and close deals. Follow up for referrals and reviews, build a referral network, attend marketing events, and manage quotes and client communications using CRM and mobile tools.
Requirements
Applicants need at least two years of sales or customer service experience, with construction or home improvement experience considered an advantage. They should have strong relationship-building and closing skills, be comfortable using ladders and inspecting exteriors, hold a valid driver's license with a clean record, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be comfortable with CRM or mobile business apps.
