Top Notch Roofing, a well-established roofing company in Chilliwack, BC, is hiring a Site Supervisor to be the connective link between our Production Manager and our field crews. You'll oversee 3-4 active job sites, run daily huddles, confirm materials and work orders, and make sure every crew member knows exactly what needs to get done each day.
This is a hands-on execution and organization role focused on keeping jobs on schedule and ensuring crews have clear direction. This is not a people-management position -- you'll be directing crews clearly, coordinating daily work, and keeping each site running smoothly.

What You'll Do
- Confirm the daily job site plan before the crew arrives
- Review work orders and material orders prepared by our admin team
- Run pre- and post-job huddles independently
- Enforce safety compliance and ensure daily forms are completed
- Approve daily crew time using ClockShark
- Flag issues to the Production Manager the same day -- no surprises
- Manage 3-4 active job sites simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills -- able to manage multiple sites without dropping details
- Clear, direct communication skills
- Comfortable with basic field technology, including ClockShark, SiteDocs, and reviewing work orders
- Sound judgment -- able to make decisions with the information available rather than waiting to be told
- Roofing or trades experience is an asset, but not required
- $26 to $30 per hour, based on experience
- Full-time, Monday-Friday employment
- Statutory benefits in accordance with BC Employment Standards, including vacation pay and statutory holidays

Responsibilities
Coordinate daily work across three to four active roofing sites, including confirming plans, reviewing work and material orders, and leading pre- and post-job huddles. Direct crews, enforce safety requirements, approve daily time, complete required forms, and promptly report issues to the Production Manager.
Requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills are needed to coordinate multiple sites and give crews clear direction. Candidates should be comfortable with basic field technology and able to make sound decisions; roofing or trades experience is an asset but is not required.
