About the opportunity

• Our client is looking for a Senior Scrum Master who can also work as a Business Analyst within a DevOps environment.

• You will lead Agile teams, coach them toward self-organization, and help bridge development and operations.

• You will also gather requirements, model business processes, and work closely with Product Owners to keep the backlog ready for development.

What you'll do

• Lead Agile ceremonies and apply Scrum principles across development teams.

• Coach and mentor teams on Agile practices, continuous improvement, and removing impediments.

• Work with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and make sure high-priority work is well defined.

• Gather and document business requirements and turn them into user stories and process documents.

• Model current and future business processes using BPMN and process-flow diagrams.

• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.

• Track Agile metrics such as burndown and velocity to improve team performance.

• Capture feedback and document Sprint Reviews.

• Manage stakeholders and resolve conflicts within teams and between stakeholders.

• Prepare training materials and deliver training on project delivery methodology.

• Help document and implement IT standards and guidelines.

What you must have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or a similar Agile certification.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams.

• Business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, user stories, and process modelling (BPMN).

• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, and Jenkins.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience resolving conflicts and keeping teams productive.

Nice to have

• PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master, or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.

• Agile Coach or Lean Six Sigma (Black, Green, or Yellow Belt) certification.

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes.

• A software development background.

• Experience in finance, healthcare, or other regulated industries.

• Public-sector experience.
