Provide leadership and oversight of the facility's Environmental, Health & Safety function, promoting a strong safety-first culture.
Monitor corrective actions, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services.

Qualifications & Experience

Excellent communication, coaching, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
A hands-on professional who can balance strategic HR planning with day-to-day operational responsibilities.
Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Competitive starting salary of $115,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus.
Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
Opportunity to influence organizational culture, employee engagement, and business performance.
Professional development and long-term career growth opportunities.
Join an established global manufacturing organization with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
