Commitment to Inclusion

Top Tier Talent Group is committed to supporting an inclusive and accessible recruitment process. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and are committed to helping create workplaces where diverse experiences, perspectives, and skills are valued.

Accommodations are available upon request throughout the recruitment process.

Use of Artificial Intelligence in Recruitment

At Top Tier Talent Group, people remain at the centre of every hiring process.

We may use artificial intelligence tools to support limited administrative tasks, such as drafting candidate communications, organizing recruitment notes, summarizing interview information, or transcribing reference details. These tools are used to improve efficiency and support our team, not to replace human judgment.

AI is not used to make hiring decisions. Every resume, application, and candidate profile is reviewed by a member of our recruitment team. Hiring recommendations and final decisions are made by people who apply professional judgment, care, and expertise.

We are committed to using technology responsibly while maintaining fairness, transparency, confidentiality, and respect throughout the recruitment process.

Use of Artificial Intelligence by Candidates

We recognize that candidates may use AI tools to support their job search, such as improving writing clarity, preparing for interviews, or researching opportunities.

However, all information provided in your resume, application, screening responses, and interviews must be truthful and accurately reflect your own experience, qualifications, knowledge, and competencies. AI should not be used to create, exaggerate, or misrepresent credentials or work history.

Our goal is to understand the real person behind the application, including your skills, experience, story, and potential, so we can make the best possible match between you and the organization we serve.
