Summary Description

Reporting to the Logistics and Operations Manager, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day logistics operations, including material shipments and receipts, warehouse activities, inventory management, and logistics transfers.

This position also supports the implementation and maintenance of manufacturing best practices and regulatory compliance related to plant warehouse activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and focused on efficiency while helping ensure materials are received and delivered accurately and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate inbound and outbound material transfers with suppliers based on production requirements.
Issue purchase orders to third-party suppliers based on customer requirements.
Create, adjust, or transfer inventory within the ERP system and communicate updates to suppliers and internal teams.
Communicate with the Customer Service (CSR) team to support supply chain efficiency and on-time delivery.
Coordinate material deliveries with suppliers according to production requirements.
Coordinate third-party receipts and shipments.
Schedule and book third-party shipments with transportation partners.
Prepare, issue, and file logistics documentation.
Assist with coordinating warehouse activities within the plant.
Process inter-warehouse inventory transfers.
Assist with miscellaneous purchases for the Shipping Department and office supplies.
Participate in cost-reduction initiatives to support plant budget goals.
Maintain accurate inventory and data to support plant performance targets.
Support the Logistics Department with additional tasks and priorities as needed.
Actively participate on various committees, including the Health and Safety Team and Supply Chain Pillar Team.
Participate in and support Safety, Quality, and Inventory audits.
Assist with data collection and preparation of month-end reports.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the Logistics Department.

Ce que vous ferez

Coordonner les transferts de matériaux entrants et sortants avec les fournisseurs en fonction des besoins de production.
Émettre des bons de commande auprès de fournisseurs tiers selon les exigences des clients.
Créer, ajuster ou transférer les stocks dans le système ERP et communiquer les mises à jour aux fournisseurs et aux équipes internes.
Collaborer avec l’équipe du service à la clientèle (CSR) afin de favoriser l’efficacité de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et le respect des délais de livraison.
Coordonner les livraisons de matériaux avec les fournisseurs selon les besoins de production.
Coordonner les réceptions et les expéditions de tiers.
Planifier et réserver les expéditions de tiers auprès des partenaires de transport.
Préparer, émettre et classer les documents logistiques.
Participer à la coordination des activités d’entrepôt au sein de l’usine.
Traiter les transferts entre entrepôts.
Participer aux achats divers pour le service d’expédition ainsi qu’aux achats de fournitures de bureau.
Participer à des initiatives de réduction des coûts afin de soutenir les objectifs budgétaires de l’usine.
Veiller à l’exactitude des données et des stocks afin d’atteindre les objectifs de l’usine.
Soutenir l’équipe du département de la logistique dans l’exécution d’autres tâches et priorités.
Participer activement à différents comités, notamment l’équipe de santé et sécurité et l’équipe Pilier de la chaîne d’approvisionnement.
Participer aux audits de sécurité, de qualité et d’inventaire et en assurer le soutien.
Participer à la collecte de données et à la préparation des rapports de fin de mois.
Accomplir toute autre tâche connexe afin de soutenir les activités du département de la logistique.
